From first thought to a considered decision
Not every buyer starts at the same point. If you already have a plot in mind, bring its reference and the questions you want answered.
Explore the land searchA family home, a rental villa and a retreat need different things. Tell us your intended use, budget and timing, along with any areas you already have in mind.
Send: an area, a budget range and a few priorities.
Use the listing details to compare size, asking price, approach roads, utilities and available document notes. Raise the missing questions before deciding which sites deserve a visit.
Ask: what is known, what is pending and what needs a site check?
Exact locations and visits are arranged with seller approval. Walk the approach, look at the neighbouring land and consider the building position, drainage and daily journey.
Bring: your practical questions and any adviser you need on site.
Before committing, appoint the legal and technical advisers appropriate to your purchase. Have them review the title, survey, access and intended use, and confirm any approval requirements.
Confirm: the documents and checks your advisers need before an offer.
Make the first conversation count
You do not need a finished project plan. A few useful details make it easier to talk about the right places.
